nxn | graphics was set up by Graham Nixon. Graham studied Graphic Design at Gray’s School of Art, The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, graduating with a Bachelor of Honours Degree in July 2009. In October 2009, he set up as a sole trader trading under the name nxn | graphics.

Graham began freelancing for the graphic design firm Ocean70, on a part-time basis in January 2010 after getting an internship with the same company in August 2009.

After leaving Ocean70 in October 2010, Graham began working on a full-time basis for the graphic design firm TBDA (Scotland) Ltd in Stirling but continues to freelance for many other clients through nxn | graphics. Some of his many freelance clients include: Metsuki Sunglasses, Young Enterprise Lothian and Safety Groups UK .
